This ascent to Cima di Campo starting in Grigno in the Valsugana does not take place in the highest part of the mountains but thanks to the first and the last section it is still a really beautiful tour. Over the first 8.5 kilometers of this ride, the road winds itself upwards on the side of a valley with almost vertical rock walls. Here the moderately steep road (mostly 6-8%) is exciting and the landscape impressive. Next there is an easy kilometer, at the end of which you come to a T-junction. Here one may continue straight to the Passo Brocon but we turn sharply right. The next four kilometers, ending at the turnoff to Arsié, run through the forest and are a bit boring (mostly 7%). But then the road meanders through a beautiful open landscape and probably offers many views, probably, because clouds covered a lot when I cycled here. Three and a half kilometers further, the road enters into a beautiful forest. The street, on which I hardly saw any cars, is narrow and more or less follows a mountain ridge. The slope varies greatly here and there are two outliers of 11%. The last one is located just before the pass.
