The Station de Réallon is a winter sports resort but compared to many other ski stations this one is relatively small. It looked nice. The ascent to the station begins at the roundabout near the north side of the beautiful bridge over the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. In its first 7 kilometers, the route runs on the D41. It gains elevation in a wide bends while the slope varies considerably (4-9% for the 500 meter segments). In the forward direction the view is dominated by the impressive Pointe de Serre (2909 m). After leaving the D41 at a roundabout, the character of the road changes. It is wider and more boring than the D41 and the slope (mostly 7-8%) is more even. Keep left at the entrance to the station itself. The destination is at the bottom of the chairlift.
